The hotel boasts a sprawling garden teeming with rabbits, ducks, and chickens. It's about a 15-minute walk from the city center but provides breathtaking mountain views at sunset. the room is spotlessly clean, and the staff is helpful and pleasant. Complimentary use of a Turkish bath and sauna is an added bonus.

The dogs next door were aggressive and bark at guests upon leaving the hotel.

The generous grounds and gardens that surround the hotel are a major plus. providing fresh air and space to move around, this spot is also very safe and secure. We also appreciated the spotless rooms. Although the hotel is located a short walk away from the town's main attractions, we felt it offered us peace and quiet after the hustle of the New Year's celebration.

One negative point was the lack of tea and coffee supplies. the hotel could have been better equipped to deal with late arrivals.

The gardens were absolutely stunning with an array of animals such as rabbits and chickens which was delightful for the kids. The location was perfect as it was close to the thermal baths and had beautiful mountain views. The staff was friendly and welcoming which made us feel comfortable during our Christmas stay.

The sauna and thermal baths were out of service which was a disappointment as it was the main reason we chose this hotel. The rooms were noisy due to the street traffic and dogs barking all night which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. The hotel facilities were in great condition, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Additionally, the location was peaceful, which made it for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast was also tasty and filling.
